To improve the quality of our service, we have introduced new signage on the app to indicate station availability.
From now on, an easier-to-understand colour code will guide you through your charging experience. The signage provides more precise information about the reasons for unavailability.
In addition, you can set an alert to notify you 15, 30 or 60 minutes before a station becomes available.
You can also use a filter to display only available charging stations, stations marked as favourites or stations near you.
Finally, after charging via the app, you can use an indicator to report on your charging experience. This feedback is invaluable. It will help us to improve our service.
